Letter to 4 Year Old Caycen

Dear Caycen,
4 years have flown by already and I still can't believe how blessed I am to be called your Mommy! You have turned into one of the funnest little boys that I have ever known. You love people and are such a goofball. I am so amazed at how smart you are. God definitely has BIG plans for your life little man.

Some things you're loving right now:
You are OBSESSED and I mean OBSESSED with Superheroes. You say that your favorite is Spiderman or Iron Man (it just depends on the day).

You love your sister to pieces! You like to wake her up in the morning if she doesn't wake up before you, take her a baby doll, and give her morning kisses and snuggles. You make sure that you watch out for her wherever you go. Don't get me wrong, you can be rough and mean to her, but MOST of the time you are sweet and want to play with her and include her in everything you're doing. I think you copy the things she does more than she copies you. haha!

You love the movies Toy Story, The Iron Giant, and Bolt. You love the shows Miles from Tomorrowland, Jake and the Neverland Pirates, and GJ has you watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse all the time too.

Your favorite thing to eat is chicken nuggets or pizza, cookies, and just recently you have really loved eating your superhero Popsicles.

Your favorite color is still orange.

Your best friends are Ella Kate, Mason, and Braeden.

Your favorite things to do are playing on the iPad, playing the Wii, driving GJ around in your truck, playing soccer outside, "fighting" with Daddy and doing your superhero moves on him, going to the playground, swimming at the pool, and playing on the beach.

You are so stinkin smart too. You have learned to count by 10s to 100, you can write your name (it's sloppy, but you can do it!), you can add numbers together by counting them, and you can draw lots of different shapes. You love to read the Superhero books and have even memorized them.

One of my favorite things to do with you is read in bed at night before bed and just lay and talk to you about things.

This past year you had your first trip to SeaWorld and Aquatica. We had a blast!

You played on your first soccer team this year and it was funny! You did a whole lot of cartwheels on the grass and by the end of the season you were actually trying to make goals. It was fun to watch.

I am so excited to see what this next year has in store for you! I love you little man more than my heart can even handle! I pray that God will continue to watch over you and bless you abundantly!

Love,
Mommy

See how much you've grown (tears!!!!) :
