And it's time for back to school! Caycen started 1st grade and Gracie June started Pre-k at McAllister.

 Gracie June and Caycen had their yearly check-ups. Poor Gracie June had to get several shots and a finger prick. Caycen only had a finger prick, but he cried as much as she did! We told GJ that she doesn't have to have shots again until she's 11 and now she says she doesn't want anymore birthdays.

Caycen did Taikwando  (however you spell it) for the first month of school. But then he decided he didn't like it that much, so he's not doing it anymore.

August was a busy month starting the school year and getting into a new routine. It was also my first time not going to work as a teacher in 9 years! I'm not gonna lie, I LOVE being able to be so involved with my kiddos at school! I LOVE their teachers and we are just SO blessed this year!!!!
